By metro to Korkeasaari Zoo!

Have you already noticed that it’s only a 15-minute walk from Kalasatama metro station to Korkeasaari?

Come and discover the route on Helsinki Day! First, follow the animal tracks from the metro station through Redi to Englantilaisaukio. There you will meet the Redi guides, who will lead you on a walk from Redi across the Isoisänsilta bridge to the Korkeasaari gate. At the Korkeasaari gate, the first 2,000 people guided by the Redi guides will receive a Korkeasaari entrance ticket from the Redi guide, with which they can continue their journey to spend the day on the animal island.

Departures every 15 minutes from Englantilaisaukio from 12-19 pm, or as long as tickets are available. Children under 4 years old do not need tickets.

If, on the other hand, you come directly to the Redi in your own car, you can get a discount ticket from Redi’s info point, which will get you 24 hours parking in Redi for just €5!
